Brett Henry

CEO, Wichita, KS Brett Henry grew up in Maize, Kansas where he still resides today with his wife Laura, daughters Crystal, Faith and his son, Wyatt. After graduating from Maize High School, Brett went on to attend Wichita State University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry and Business Administration. In 1991 Brett and his brother Brent began what was to eventually become Henry Industries, Inc. (HII). In the years following, together Brett and Brent pressed to build and brand HII as a company which provides unparalleled customer service and quality of service. The success in doing just that resulted in an ever expanding customer base and geographical coverage area. Brett is very proud of the company HII has become today, and he is mostly grateful for and proud of the team of HII staff (family) that did, and continue to do their part and more in molding HII into the great company it is today. When Brett is not at work, he is with his family enjoying activities such as fishing, hunting, drag racing, playing outside with the kids, or enjoying one of our beautiful Kansas sunsets.

Breck Nickell

President, Kansas City, MO Breck Nickell was recruited by the Henry owners in the year of 2002. In January 2003 was when he came on board to be part of the Henry team. A very hands-on leader, Breck has never known a stranger and goes out of his way to connect with employees, clients and vendors alike. His charisma and dynamic leadership style have enabled him to enjoy exceptional success in his professional career with Henry Industries as he auspiciously championed the growth and success of this rapidly growing entrepreneurial organization. Breck received his B.B.A. in 1996 from Emporia State University, while cultivating his passion and ambition to provide the highest quality customer service through his time spent in the hospitality industry. When Breck is not traveling or spending time with his family, he enjoys sports, hunting, four-wheeling and being the best dad. Though he spent the majority of his childhood growing up in Rose Hill, KS he currently resides in Kansas City, MO with his family.

Eric Dexter

Executive Vice President, Wichita, KS Eric Dexter began work for Henry Industries in February of 2000. During his 16 years with the company, he has been promoted several times and held multiple positions in operations. Eric currently serves as the Executive Vice President and works closely with the Owner and President of the Company. Eric oversees all markets throughout the company’s ever expanding nation-wide network through his careful attention to all things involving operations. Eric has played a pivotal role in the continued growth of Henry Industries and believes his time spent at Wichita State University sparked his passion for creativity in resolving conflict and producing the highest quality of customer service in the industry. He is a knowledge-based leader that consistently inspires professional growth and innovative change throughout the organization. When Eric is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, son and daughter in the majestic mountains of Colorado. He currently resides in Andover, KS with his family.

Kristian Carter

Vice President of Operations Having worked with the company on-and-off since high school, Kristian’s current tenure with Henry began in 2007 and has seen him promoted from Operations Manager to Regional Director and, in February of 2015, to Vice President of Operations. Always one to take direct leadership and lead by example, his favorite anecdote is that he works “half-days – at least 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.” Kristian is always available to listen to our clients’ needs and his team’s ideas. As Vice President of Operations, he involves himself in any and every operational matter throughout the company’s more than 40 markets nationwide in order to provide the highest level of customer service and guarantee the highest level of operational efficiency within Henry Industries, Inc. Kristian grew up and still lives in the Wichita area with his wife and 4 children. He enjoys spending time with his family and helping his kids grow through their many activities. In his spare time (when he’s not working his usual “half-day” schedule) he spends time relaxing with his family, working in the garage, and barbequing for those who are hungry.

Carlos Ayala-Pagan

Vice President of Administration, Kansas City, MO Carlos Ayala-Pagan grew up in Leavenworth Kansas and graduated from Leavenworth High school. Carlos came to Henry industries in July 2014 after retiring from the United States Army with 22 years of service. Carlos joined the Henry team as a contracting agent, and in February of 2015 was promoted to Human Resources Manager. In August of 2015 Carlos was promoted to Vice President of Administration and oversees the company’s Human Resources Department and Contract Services Department. Carlos believes in building a strong team of employees and contracting with the right business partners to continue to grow an already great organization. He helps wherever he can is always willing to go the extra mile to get it done. Carlos is married to his wife Kimberly and has five children. When not at work Carlos enjoys sports especially the Kansas City Chiefs, spending time with family, and assisting transitioning Soldiers into the civilian world.

Erin Countryman

Controller, Wichita, KS Erin Countryman grew up in Tulsa, OK until the age of 15, at which time she moved to Parsons, KS where she graduated from high school in 1984. After high school Erin spent a few years just being a wife and new mother while working at Wal-Mart. However, after having an epiphany that she wanted to do more, she started college in 1989 and went on to graduate from the University of Maine in 1993. Erin has worked in the Wichita area for over 24 years and during that time, she worked up through the accounting ranks in positions ranging from A/P and A/R clerk, staff accountant, accounting manager, assistant controller and controller. Her prior accounting experience is varied throughout industries such as construction, franchise services and commercial real estate development and management. Erin and her husband, Stuart, have 4 children and 8 grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, but her secret passion is making and selling jewelry at art shows alongside her husband who is an accomplished photographer.

Jeff Harris

Account Executive, Kansas City, MO Jeff Harris joined the Henry team in December of 2013 as an Account Executive. He comes to our company with over 25 years of sales and management experience in the consumer products and medical equipment sales industry. His accomplishments and awards are too numerous to mention, albeit to say Jeff comes to us with a ton of experience. Jeff is responsible for new business opportunities as well as keeping our current clients satisfied customers. He received two majors while attending Central Missouri State University. One was a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Marketing and the other was a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Management. He graduated as a member of Alpha Phi Delta and Pi Omicron Delta Honorary societies. When Jeff is not working, he enjoys spending his time in the outdoors fishing, hunting and playing golf. He currently resides in Springfield, MO with his wife and two sons. Jeff loves sports and is an avid Mizzou, Chiefs, Royals and Cardinals fan!!

Nick Cicero

Regional Director, Kansas City, MO Nick Cicero began his career with Henry Industries in April of 2011 as the Assistant Operations Manager of our Kansas City location. He was promoted to Operations Manager in February of 2012. He spent the next three years learning his trade and understanding all facets of his markets while developing long lasting customer relationships. In May of 2015 he was promoted to Regional Director. His current region works with 17 different customers spread out between 12 different markets while overseeing 43 employees to ensure our customer is receiving the highest level of customer service that Henry industries has provided over the years. Nick grew up in the Kansas City metro area and graduated from Park University in Parkville, MO. When he is not working Nick enjoys spending time with his friends and family, playing basketball, and indulging in sports. Nick currently lives in Kansas City, MO with his wife Mary.

Cody Shoniber

Regional Director, Cody Shoniber grew up in Wichita Kansas and graduated from Wichita Northwest High School and Hesston College with a degree in Aviation. He began his career with Henry Industries in August of 2012. Since then he has held multiple positions within the Operations team, including the role of Kansas Operations Manager. During that time, he developed the knowledge and understanding necessary to help accomplish the Henry Industries vision, to provide the highest quality service to our clients. In April of 2015 Cody was promoted to the role of Regional Director and is now overseeing markets that span from Kansas to Arizona to Washington and include over 30 different customers. He currently lives in Wichita with his wife Rebecca.

Brent Davis

Regional Director, Hayward, CA Brent Davis grew up in Costa Mesa, California. After graduating High School, Brent Joined the Army National Guard. In his 12 years of military service, he deployed several times domestically and internationally, including tours to Kosovo and Iraq. Brent joined the Henry team in February of 2016 as an Account Manager and brought with him 10 years of Manager experience. Brent prides himself in putting the customer first and goes above and beyond to display exemplary customer service. Brent was promoted to Regional Director of Northern California in August of 2016. His current region includes 6 markets throughout Northern California. When not working, Brent enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, and two dogs. Sports have always been a large part of Brent’s life. In his spare time, he likes to fish, golf, practice Jiu-Jitsu, and play baseball in a competitive adult baseball league.

Keli Stone

Human Resources Manager, Wichita, KS, Keli Stone recently joined Henry Industries in October 2016 after a long career in HR within the medical field. Keli received her B.A. in Education from Wichita State University in 1998, Human Resource Certificate from Villanova University in 2004, Human Resource Management Certificate from Wichita State University in 2008 and is also a licensed health and life agent for the state of Kansas. Keli takes pride in how approachable she is with employees and will go above and beyond to aide anyone in need. Keli grew up in Derby, KS and now lives in northeast Wichita with her husband, 2 daughters and 2 dogs. She spends most of her time going back and forth between softball and volleyball tournaments and when time permits, is an avid reader and movie lover.
